Native English Proofreader – Budapest, Hungary
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our young and dynamic English-speaking team in our Budapest office.
You will be responsible for a variety of linguistic tasks, such as proofreading and quality assurance control for translated texts in English.
EU/Non-EU applicants in and outside of Hungary may apply (if willing to relocate to Budapest).
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Speaker of another Western European language, such as German or French
- University degree (degree in linguistics is an advantage)
- Experience in translation or passion for languages
- Confident writing and IT skills
Main tasks:
- Proofreading English texts (general, medical, technical, etc.)
- Checking translation quality with quality assurance tools
- Post-translation and miscellaneous linguistic tasks (editing, layout check, entering client corrections, etc.)

Translation Project Manager- Tata or Budapest, Hungary
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our young and dynamic English-speaking team in our Hungarian offices.
You will be the regular contact person for our clients and work hand-in-hand with a network of linguists. Experience in translation business is an advantage; interest in languages is a must.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in translation studies)
- Hungarian native speaker
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Confident computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Project Management tasks:
- Organising translation projects from beginning to end
- Monitoring the translation process
- Checking the quality of deliverables with translation quality assurance tools
- Managing client/supplier queries
- Tracking all work allocations
Linguistic tasks:
- Proofreading/translating
- Checking translation quality with translation quality assurance tools
- Post-translation and miscellaneous linguistic tasks (editing, layout check, entering client corrections, etc.)
